ByrneWallace advises developer on collaboration with Tristan Capital Partners

ByrneWallace has advised a developer on its deal with Tristan Capital Partners to finance a major housing development near Dublin.

Twinlite has secured planning permission for 243 housing units at the site on Village Road in Aiken’s Village, Stepaside, Co Dublin.

The planning permission also provides for a community centre, crèche and residents’ sports hall. One in ten houses will be made available to the local council for social and affordable housing.

Twinlite is to manage the development of the scheme and will operate it upon completion.

Michael Walsh, partner and head of property at ByrneWallace, led a team advising on the transaction.
