Beauchamps has announced the promotion of Jeanie Kelly to partner in the firm’s projects, infrastructure & energy group, specialising in planning & environment law.
Having joined the firm in January 2025, Ms Kelly has quickly distinguished herself as a leading practitioner in the field, bringing over seven years of experience advising both public and private sector clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental matters.
Her work spans numerous sectors, including renewable energy, utilities, telecoms, housing, natural resources, forestry, and agriculture. She has demonstrated exceptional skill in guiding clients through all stages of major infrastructure projects, from strategic planning to litigation. Her expertise includes oral hearings, commercial litigation, planning and environmental judicial reviews, injunctions, and climate litigation.
