Beauchamps has appointed three new partners and one Of Counsel, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in Corporate, Commercial Real Estate and Private Client.

Kyle Wimpress, Partner, Corporate, advises founders, investors and established businesses across the full business lifecycle, with particular expertise in venture capital and private equity transactions. His practice encompasses strategic investments, exits, shareholder agreements, MBOs, employee incentive schemes and corporate restructurings. He has extensive experience advising start-ups and scaling businesses through successive funding rounds, including Seed, Series A and Series B investments, helping ambitious businesses secure investment and achieve sustainable growth.

Sian Browne, Partner, Commercial Real Estate, has extensive experience advising developers, institutional investors and occupiers on a broad range of complex real estate transactions across all sectors, with a focus on retail, logistics, digital infrastructure and energy. She has significant expertise in retail leasing and portfolio management, advising leading retail occupiers and landlords on strategic leasing programmes. She also advises on major regeneration, energy and digital infrastructure projects, including technology parks and large-scale data centre developments.

Mark Gorman, Partner, Private Client, advises individuals, families, trustees and family offices on all aspects of wealth preservation, succession planning and estate administration. His practice includes estate planning, trusts, enduring powers of attorney, decision-making capacity, conveyancing and guardianship matters, together with advising on complex succession and family wealth structures. As a qualified AITI Chartered Tax Adviser, Mark combines legal and tax expertise to deliver integrated, practical solutions for clients navigating increasingly complex personal and family wealth issues.

Gergana Moran, Of Counsel, Corporate, has over 15 years’ experience and advises Irish and international businesses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures, and the negotiation of complex commercial contracts.

In addition to her corporate practice, Gergana has significant expertise in intellectual property and data protection and privacy law, advising both public and private sector clients on non-contentious matters related to the protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights and various aspects of GDPR compliance, data governance, regulatory obligations and privacy risk management, thus helping businesses to maximise the value of their intangible assets.

John White, managing partner of Beauchamps, said: “These appointments reflect both the exceptional calibre of our people and our continued investment in areas where we see significant opportunities for our clients and for the firm. Venture capital and private equity, commercial real estate and private client services are all experiencing strong demand as Ireland’s economy continues to evolve.

“Each of these lawyers has developed an outstanding reputation for technical excellence, commercial judgement and client service. Their appointments further strengthen our ability to advise clients across the full spectrum of business growth, investment, real estate development and wealth planning.
