Fiona de Lacy has been appointed managing director of Arthur Cox Corporate Services Limited, reflecting the firm’s continued expansion into services that complement our core legal, tax, and listings offering.

The group will provide expert director and corporate services across a wide range of structured finance, securitisation and aircraft leasing transactions. It has deep experience with the full spectrum of asset classes that typically utilise the Irish Section 110 tax regime including aviation finance, direct lending, CLOs, CMBS, RMBS, SRT transactions and trade receivables.

Ms de Lacy brings extensive experience overseeing the delivery of corporate, director, accounting, and regulatory services, having previously established and led the Irish corporate services business at Walkers Ireland.

She said: “I am very pleased to have joined Arthur Cox in recent months to lead their new Corporate Services business. The addition of this offering reflects the firm’s commitment to providing seamless, tailored, and multidisciplinary solutions to clients.  I look forward to complementing the legal team in delivering best-in-class service and helping to position the firm as a leading provider in this space.”

Aiden Small, partner, capital markets, added: “We are delighted to welcome Fiona and key members of her team to Arthur Cox.  The integrated model of providing all relevant services within one organisation is a clear win for our clients and we look forward to expanding existing relationships as well as building new ones in the structured finance, securitisation and aviation industries.”
