Appointments at Daniel Spring & Co. Solicitors

Daniel Spring & Co. Solicitors, which this year celebrates 30 years in practice, is delighted to announce the appointment of Neil McCann as partner and Rosy Donnelly as solicitor.

Neil advises and represents clients in contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, post-termination restrictions, employment contracts, and remuneration schemes. He has represented clients in the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Neil joins the employment team alongside partners Aileen Fleming, Jennifer McCarthy, Evelyn Gilson, associate Christopher Bew and managing partner Donal Spring.

Donal Spring said: “I would like to congratulate Neil on his appointment as Partner. Neil qualified with the firm and he has been a valued member of our busy and expanding employment law team for a number of years. I wish him every success in his new role.”

Donal also welcomed Rosy Donnelly to the firm, having trained and qualified with Daniel Spring & Co. Donal Spring said: “I am delighted that Rosy has decided to remain with Daniel Spring & Co. following her training and qualification with the firm, and I would like to warmly welcome her to the team.”

Since its foundation, Daniel Spring & Co. has specialised in Employment Law (primarily acting on behalf of employees), Medical Defence work, Family Law, as well as Conveyancing and Probate.

Reflecting on the firm’s 30th anniversary, Donal Spring added: “It is hard to believe that 30 years have passed since the firm was founded. We have been exceptionally busy since day one and are grateful for the trust our clients have placed in us over the years. We look forward to continuing to provide the same high standard of service for many years to come.”
