Delivered by The Bar of Ireland, the programme gives transition year students an opportunity to learn about life as a barrister through a combination of online sessions, court-related learning, job shadowing, tours and mock trials.

All schools that apply will be invited to participate in the online programme day, with 60 students selected by lottery for the full programme in February 2027.

TY Coordinators, guidance counsellors and principals are invited to register their school before 1 October.

For those successful the programme will take place from Monday 8 to Thursday 11 February 2027.
