Ronald Baker is suing the Adult Entertainment Broadcast Network because his wages and benefits were stopped when he refused to make any further injections following the incident, after which he was tested for HIV.

Although he tested negative, Mr Baker’s suit in San Francisco alleges the models are not properly tested for HIV or other STDs before the injections and AEB has poor safety and hygiene policies, putting him in danger.

He is suing for wrongful termination, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of the the labour code.
