Alastair Keith joins Davidson McDonnell as director
Belfast-based commercial law firm Davidson McDonnell has appointed Alastair Keith as a director in the firm’s corporate team.
Mr Keith acts primarily on corporate transactions, both in the domestic market and on international deals with a Northern Ireland dimension.
His specialisms include acquisitions, private equity/venture capital, group reorganisations, joint ventures and board advice on company law compliance and corporate governance.
Mr Keith was educated at the University of Cambridge and practised for a number of years with global firm Linklaters before returning home to Northern Ireland and becoming partner at a major Irish law firm.
He has over 20 years’ experience advising on corporate transactions.
