Northern Ireland firm Davidson McDonnell has doubled the size of its corporate team after welcoming five new members this year.
The commercial law firm, which recently marked 10 years since its foundation in Belfast, now has a 10-strong team specialising in corporate transactions.
Eimhéar O’Kane and Greg Turton are the latest additions to the team, joining as senior solicitors.
Ms O’Kane joins the firm from the Dubai office of Clyde & Co, where she practised as a specialist corporate/M&A lawyer.
A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, she started her career at a leading local law firm before moving to Dubai in 2018.

Ms Harten continues to run a highly-regarded insolvency practice alongside her increasing involvement in M&A and equity funding work.
