Following the promotion of Kate Field to employment partner earlier this year, Addleshaw Goddard recently announced further promotions across its Irish office.

Among those promoted are Ann Kirwan who has been elevated to counsel in the firm’s real estate practice and James Meighan who has been promoted to counsel in the regulatory and disputes practice, as well as Ross Shaughnessy in the disputes practice, who is now managing associate.

The announcement comes during a period of continued growth for the firm. Over the past 18 months, Addleshaw Goddard has also made four lateral partner hires across the areas of finance, construction, disputes, planning and environment. Meanwhile the firm has grown its total headcount by over 10 per cent in the past year to more than 3,200 colleagues across its 22 offices worldwide.

Mark Walsh, head of the Ireland Office at Addleshaw Goddard, said: “Our AG2030 strategy is delivering significant momentum across the firm. These promotions reflect our commitment as part of that strategy to developing our most talented lawyers across each of our markets.”
