Ni Court Of Appeal

The Court of Appeal has overruled a decision of the High Court that stopped work on the A5 road project on the grounds, inter alia, that the decision to proceed with the project failed to comply with the obligations contained in section 52(1) of the Climate Change Act (NI) 2022.
