ICEL’s Review of the CJEU in 2025 - Programme now available

The Irish Centre for European Law (ICEL) is pleased to announce a full-day conference on the Review of the CJEU in 2025, which will analyse the key judgments of and trends emerging from the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) during this past year.

The conference will feature a keynote address by the Hon Mr Justice Eugene Regan, CJEU and will be chaired by former Advocate General, the Hon Mr Justice Anthony M. Collins. The conference takes place in person and online from 10:00 am on Friday 06 February 2026 in Chartered Accountants House, Pearse Street, Dublin 2.

Other contributors will include the Hon. Mr Justice Brian Murray, Judge of the Supreme Court of Ireland; Barry Doherty, Senior Counsel at the Law Library; Professor Christopher McCrudden, Queen’s University Belfast; Hilkka Becker, Chair of the International Protection Appeals Tribunal; Dr Hilary Hogan BL, Law Library and Maynooth University; and Dr Róisín Costello BL, Law Library and Trinity College Dublin.

Conference tickets for in-person and online attendance are €295 for general admission; €195 for ICEL members and €80 for trainee solicitors, pupil barristers, and students.
