Due to continued growth, Johnson Hana, part of the Eudia Group, is seeking a Legal AI Consultant to join its expanding team in Dublin.

Johnson Hana is Ireland’s leading value-focused legal services provider and is now part of Eudia, a global legal intelligence and AI company supporting enterprise legal teams. The firm works with leading organisations to deliver high-quality legal outcomes through a combination of legal expertise, process, and technology.

This is a legal-first role, focused on applying strong contracting expertise and legal judgement to support AI-enabled contracting and review solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to build and refine legal playbooks, test AI outputs against real-world contracts, and ensure solutions accurately reflect clients’ contracting positions in practice.

The role is not a technical implementation position; however, an interest in AI and comfort engaging with new tools is important.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience as a lawyer or in legal operations, contract review, playbook development, or legal project delivery
• Strong experience with commercial contracts and legal judgement
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to legal work

Experience in an in-house legal team, ALSP, legal technology company, or law firm would be advantageous.
