Jarleth Heneghan

Mr Heneghan has been named the exclusive 2026 Client Choice Award winner for Construction in Ireland – the third consecutive year he has received the accolade.

He advises State bodies, developers, international clients and intermediaries, financial institutions, professionals and contractors on both contentious and non‑contentious construction and engineering matters.

His practice spans complex projects, procurement and dispute resolution across the full lifecycle of major developments.

Recent and ongoing highlights include advising on the development financing and construction of Google Ireland’s Boland’s Quay office and residential development, and on the redevelopment of the net‑zero carbon Irish Life headquarters campus.

He also advises the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on the rollout and operation of the National Broadband Plan, the largest construction project ever undertaken in Ireland, as well as EirGrid on emergency power generation projects and daa on the procurement and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across Dublin Airport.
