Whitney Moore appoints Lorna McAuliffe as head of insurance and litigation

Whitney Moore has recruited Lorna McAuliffe as head of insurance and litigation.
Ms McAuliffe brings over 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance law, and dispute resolution, advising both domestic and international clients.
She has acted in high-profile matters before the Irish courts and tribunals of inquiry, including planning judicial reviews, construction and complex commercial disputes, and the first prosecution for anti-doping within the GAA.
Her practice covers all areas of commercial and insurance litigation, with a particular focus on catastrophic injury, medical negligence, directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability, professional indemnity, product liability, and defamation.
Recognised for her commercial judgement and pragmatic approach, she is known for managing high-value, multi-party disputes and delivering outcomes that align with clients’ business objectives.
