Established in Ireland in 2016, WPS has grown to support more than 100 clients across hundreds of transactions, spanning structured finance, aviation and other cross-border mandates. Through its close integration with Walkers’ legal, tax and listings teams, WPS provides clients with a seamless multidisciplinary offering.

Since entering the European CLO market in 2016, WPS has built a strong track record supporting both established and debut CLO managers and has been involved in the successful pricing of more than 150 European CLOs.
