Dr Nolan holds a Bachelor of Business and Law from UCD, a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, a LLM from University of California, Berkeley and a PhD in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Dr Nolan is also a qualified solicitor in Ireland, having formerly practiced in a large commercial law firm in Dublin, specialising in data protection and technology law matters.

She previously held faculty positions at TU Dublin and Ulster University.

Dr Nolan will be teaching a wide range of modules at masters level, including patent law, foundations of technology law, technology and legal practice and internet content regulation.”
