Belfast firm Sullivans Law has announced the appointment of Caoimhe O’Kane LLM to their private client team on the successful completion of her training contract with the firm.

Ms O’Kane is a graduate of the innovative clinical law masters programme at Ulster University.

Ciaran White BL, director of the Ulster University Law Clinic, said: “I am delighted, but not surprised, by Caoimhe’s appointment.”

Mr White added: “She developed practical legal skills in our ground-breaking Law Clinic, advising and representing members of the public in employment and social security tribunals and was a valuable asset as we developed our innovation.

“Caoimhe is a perfect addition to Sullivans Law, a referral partner of the Clinic, which has brought its own innovations to the NI legal market, not least in the field of aviation law.”

Speaking to Irish Legal News, Ms O’Kane said: “I am obviously delighted to have secured a role at Sullivans Law.

“I’ve enjoyed every aspect of my structured training contract and am really looking forward to putting this into practise.

“I owe a great debt of gratitude to Ciaran White, and his team at the Law Clinic, for their support and guidance in getting me to where I am.”
