The team at CC Solicitors are leading practitioners and seasoned litigators in employment law, including the founder, Colleen Cleary, who together with Regan O’Driscoll and Bernadette Daly will join Simmons & Simmons.

Ms Cleary’s previous roles include chairing the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) and active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA) and particularly the ABA International Labour and Employment Law Committee in respect of which she is the Western Europe rep on the International Outreach Committee. She is also the newly elected Irish representative for the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). Colleen was a founding member of an international alliance of law firms specialising in employment law.
