Simmons & Simmons appoints Louise Dobbyn as financial regulatory partner

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has recruited Louise Dobbyn as a partner in its financial service regulation practice in Dublin.
Ms Dobbyn joins the firm from Matheson and brings significant experience advising international financial institutions including banks, investment firms, fund service providers, fintechs and crypto firms on Irish and EU financial services regulation.
Her practice covers the full spectrum of advisory and transactional regulatory services, including strategic planning, authorisations, regulatory change projects, M&A, and ongoing compliance support.
