RDJ hires people and culture director from Apple

RDJ LLP has announced the appointment of Fionnuala Power as the firm’s new people and culture director.

An experienced HR strategist, Ms Power will combine her skills in HR operations, coaching and driving cultural change to strengthen employee engagement, supporting the growth and development of the team, and driving firm initiatives around diversity, inclusion and overall wellbeing.

She joins from Apple, where she was people business partner for corporate functions. Prior to her time at Apple, she was HR operations manager with VMware.
