Professor Jennifer Schweppe

Professor Jennifer Schweppe has been appointed as editor-in-chief of the Irish Judicial Studies Journal, with Dr Una Woods as deputy editor.

The Irish Judicial Studies Journal is part of the central fabric of Irish legal scholarship, publishing two standard volumes and one special edition per year.

It is published under the auspices of the Office of the Chief Justice of Ireland and is a peer-reviewed legal publication interfacing between judges, legal practitioners, and academics.

While the primary purpose of the Journal is to provide Irish judges with analyses and opinions pertinent to their work, it also provides a platform for all judges, practitioners and academics to engage in dialogue on legal issues.

All editions of the journal are freely available online at www.ijsj.ie.

Submissions, which should broadly relate to a topic of law or legal practice that is of interest or related to the work of the Irish judiciary, can be sent to IJSJEditor@ul.ie. Further information is available from the Journal’s website.
