Philip Lee appoints Eimear Collins as new dispute resolution and litigation partner

Philip Lee has appointed Eimear Collins as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation group.

Ms Collins is a qualified mediator and has a strong practice in property and landlord and tenant disputes. She also regularly advises and represents clients in complex contractual, commercial and financial disputes.

Commenting on her appointment, Damien Young, partner and head of the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation group, said: “I am delighted to welcome Eimear to the firm. She has vast experience representing Irish and international clients in complex litigation cases across a range of sectors.
