Belfast-based Paschal O’Hare Solicitors has announced a new charity partnership with Brain Injury Matters NI.
Brain Injury Matters offers practical rehabilitation, emotional support and inclusive community activities to people living with brain injury. Its guidance and programmes help people regain everyday skills, build confidence and stay connected to their communities throughout Northern Ireland.
The collaboration will combine the firm’s legal expertise with Brain Injury Matters’ community programmes, creating a clearer pathway from injury to recovery and justice.
Today’s announcement coincides with the beginning of Action for Brain Injury Week 2025, a nationwide campaign which shines a spotlight on the daily challenges faced by brain injury survivors and their families.
Patrick O’Hare, managing partner at Paschal O’Hare Solicitors, said: “A brain injury changes life in a heartbeat, and the road that follows is often complex.
“For over five decades our firm has guided clients through the legal aftermath of serious injury. Partnering with Brain Injury Matters allows us to extend that support into vital programmes and community care.
“Our shared goal is to ensure that every person affected by brain injury in Northern Ireland can access the help they need to rebuild confidence, health and security.”
Gerard Anderson, chief executive officer at Brain Injury Matters, said: “Brain Injury Matters is proud to announce our partnership with Paschal O’Hare Solicitors, a firm that shares our commitment to supporting families affected by brain injury.
“This partnership reflects our shared values and vision where no one has to face the challenges of acquired brain injury alone.
“With the support of Paschal O’Hare Solicitors, we will work towards ensuring that families are able to get the right support they need, when they need it most.”
