This new guide is tailored for law firms and legal professionals across the country and aims to act as a tool to help firms organise Pride events, as well as other LGBTQ+ events and initiatives throughout the year.

The guide aims to provide ideas, signpost to helpful resources and outline key considerations when supporting the LGBTQ+ community. The information contained within should be particularly helpful for small or rural firms and any organisations that have not previously celebrated Pride.

Commenting on the launch of the guide, co-chair of the OUTLaw Network, Miah Phelan, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be able to launch this guide which we hope will help to break down barriers and encourage further meaningful celebration of Pride throughout the legal sector.”
