O’Reilly Stewart Solicitors has appointed Anne Donnelly as an associate solicitor within its property and private client department.

Ms Donnelly brings over 25 years of extensive experience in property and private client law to the firm, having advised a broad spectrum of clients including commercial developers, investors, retailers, banks, administrators, receivers and housing associations.

She specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and distressed sales, purchases, remortgages, and land transfers. She also has significant expertise in property development matters, acting for both private sector developers and housing associations.

In addition to her property practice, Ms Donnelly has considerable experience in private client work. Her expertise includes drafting wills, estate planning, administration of estates, and advising on enduring powers of attorney and controllership orders.
