Olivia McCann

Ms McCann brings considerable experience of the commercial property sector to the association, where she will manage an in-house legal team of solicitors and legal service provision by external partners, as well as acting as company secretary.

A solicitor of 30 years’ experience, she joins Respond from McCann Morrissey Clarke, where she specialised in commercial property law. She is also the current president of Waterford Law Society.

Ms McCann is one of two senior appointments at Respond, with Parag Joglekar promoted to director of investment and development.
