Mr Manning rejoins the Cork-based firm, having previously worked for it in 2014.

He specialises in advising company directors and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance transactions, and commercial contracts.

He also possesses deep expertise in structuring and implementing employee share and long-term incentive programmes having previously been head of that service offering in another top-tier Irish firm.

A Dublin native, Mr Manning graduated from University College Dublin, where he studied law, and the University of New South Wales, where he completed a Master’s in corporate and commercial law.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has been based in Cork since 2014.
