Three lawyers have been appointed to Northern Ireland’s Civil Legal Services Appeal Panel, which adjudicates appeals against civil legal aid decisions.

Maeve Holland, a solicitor advocate, and Maria Mullaly, a barrister, have been appointed as ordinary members.

All three of the appointments made by justice minister Naomi Long are for a five-year term beginning 24 January 2022.
