Mr Lawless joined the firm in 2021 and advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects and investment transactions across sectors such as office, retail, logistics and residential. James is known for his commercial approach, responsiveness and ability to deliver practical solutions for clients across a wide range of sectors. Prior to joining BHSM he trained and practised within the Commercial Real Estate department of a leading Dublin law firm.

Ms McGuinness specialises in trusts, estate planning, probate and estate administration, advising both domestic and international clients on complex succession, taxation and wealth preservation matters. She is a member of STEP, a chair of the DSBA Probate & Taxation Committee and is recognised as an “Associate to Watch” in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law and is a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 EMEA Guide. She joined BHSM’s Private Client team in 2020.
