The REVEL Rule of Law Newsletter is a part of the “Realising European Values and European Law” (REVEL) project at Maynooth University.

Its purpose is to provide a concise summary of the most important rule of law developments in the EU over the last three months. While EU Law Live, Verfassungsblog, and other platforms provide excellent content on a daily basis, REVEL Rule of Law Newsletter seeks to pause and look back at the crucial rule of law events with hindsight.

REVEL Rule of Law Newsletter brings a curated overview of news, events, case law, analysis, academic articles and books. It focuses especially on the issues of governance of the judiciary, such as judicial independence, accountability, and others.

REVEL Rule of Law Newsletter is intended as a short, accessible briefing for legal professionals, researchers, and policymakers.
