Mullany Walsh Maxwells announces appointments
Rachel Dinneen, Deirdre Cahill, Conor Mullany, Emma Daly and Cara Walsh
Mullany Walsh Maxwells LLP has announced three new appointments.
Deirdre Cahill has joined the firm as a legal director in the corporate and commercial team. She brings significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate restructuring, and is widely recognised for her work in these areas.
Emma Daly has joined the firm as a solicitor in the private client department, where she advises on wills, estate planning and related matters.
Rachel Dinneen has also joined as a solicitor, further strengthening the firm’s litigation and employment law practice.
