Having spent 18 years with Mills Selig, Glenn has established a reputation for advising businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on complex and high-value transactions. He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment funds.

As head of corporate, Glenn will lead the department through its next phase of development.
