James McNulty & Co has been serving the people of Tyrone since 1931, offering services such as residential conveyancing, wills and estates, and personal injury.

All of the firm’s staff have been retained and it will continue to operate from its offices at 25-27 Georges Street, Omagh.

The acquisition follows McCay Legal’s previous acquisition of AD McClay Solicitors in 2023.

The merger allows McCay Legal to enhance McNulty’s core services while introducing a broader suite of commercial and corporate legal offerings to support individuals and businesses in the region.

Associate director and Drumquin native Charlene McNabb will head up the Omagh office, while Cathal Murray will remain with the firm as a consultant.
