The Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA) has set out a three-year plan to help achieve “an Ireland where legal services are trusted and accessible to all”.

The regulator today published its strategic plan for 2025-2028, developed over a six-month period with input from staff and more than 200 stakeholders.

The 16-page document is the fourth strategic plan launched by the LSRA, which will mark its 10th anniversary next October.

Tom Boland, chair of the LSRA, said: “Our vision is for an Ireland where legal services are trusted and accessible to all.

“To achieve this, we are focused on three priorities: maintaining excellent standards in how legal services are delivered, empowering consumers to understand and access those services, and ensuring our regulatory model continues to protect the public interest through right-touch oversight.

“Together, these priorities support the effective administration of justice and a legal system that works for everyone.

“This plan builds on 10 years of progress and reflects the views of our staff, the legal profession, and the public, all of whom contributed to shaping our next chapter.”
