LSANI calls on legal practitioners to answer communication survey

The Legal Services Agency (LSANI) has extended its stakeholder communication survey to April 30.
Stakeholders are invited to participate in the survey which aims to gather insight on communication preferences and practices.
As communication channels continue to evolve, understanding how individuals seek information and guidance about legal aid is crucial for the agency to adapt and enhance its communication strategy and plan.
The survey takes about 10 minutes and responses are anonymous.
