Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh, 27, is accused of breaching section 13(1)(b) and (3) of the Terrorism Act 2000 by allegedly displaying a Hezbollah flag at a Kneecap concert in London in November 2024.

He is represented by Darragh Mackin and Peter Corrigan of Belfast firm Phoenix Law, who have instructed a counsel team including Blinne Ní Ghrálaigh KC, Brenda Campbell KC, Jude Bunting KC and Rosalind Comyn.

Mr Ó hAnnaidh, who uses the stage name “Mo Chara”, will appear in court again on 20 August after the trial was adjourned.
