King’s Inns wins 2023 Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh’s Moot Competition

Hugh Ó Laoide Kelly, a student in year 2 of the modular Barrister–At–Law degree course won Gael Linn’s annual Bréagchúirt Uí Dhálaigh last week.
The competition was established in honour of the former President and Chief Justice of Ireland Cearbhall Ó Dálaigh.
This year’s case focused on the Law of Evidence and the rights of accused persons to an identification parade.
