Mr Gilmartin has been a corporate lawyer for more than 15 years and represents a broad range of clients from scaling companies to multinational companies.

He has particular experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations, corporate and commercial, intellectual property and corporate finance.

Mr Gilmartin said: “I start my tenure amid a pandemic and in the prelude to a tough Brexit, so these are very challenging and difficult times for businesses and our economy.
