The Carrickfergus Castle Triathalon consists of a 750m sea swim, a 20km cycle and ends with a 5km run. Mr McShane undertook a rigorous training regime for several months whilst raising funds and awareness for Marie Curie.

Marie Curie provides care and support for people living with any terminal illness and their families. Each year, they care for over 40,000 people across the UK.
