Ms Clarke joins from Byrne Wallace Shields LLP and brings commercial litigation experience, with particular expertise in financial services disputes involving banks, non-bank lenders, wealth managers, insurance brokers and insurers.

Ms Clarke advises domestic and international clients on high-value, business-critical matters and has experience resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration and negotiated settlements.

She is independently recognised by Legal 500 for her dispute resolution expertise.

Ms Clarke will join Fieldfisher’s global disputes practice, which consists of over 400 dispute resolution solicitors across 14 jurisdictions.
