Dentons reports record £336m revenue in UK, Ireland and Middle East

Paul Jarvis

Dentons’ UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) Region has reported record revenues of £336 million for the financial year ended 30 April 2026, representing 10 per cent year-on-year revenue growth.

Since becoming UK, Ireland and Middle East CEO in 2021, Paul Jarvis has led the firm’s five-year strategy, focused on deepening client relationships and positioning itself as a preferred adviser to large businesses with complex legal needs across multiple geographies.

Under his leadership, revenues across the UK, Ireland and Middle East region have grown by more than 50 per cent.

All UK practice groups recorded revenue growth, with standout performances from:

  • Banking – up 23 per cent
  • Regulatory and Investigations – up 25 per cent
  • Restructuring – up 33 per cent

Mr Jarvis said: “We’ve been more intentional about building deeper relationships with sophisticated clients and are now winning work that would have felt ambitious five years ago.

“Dentons has the largest global presence of any law firm, which allows us to combine deep local knowledge with global coordination to help businesses execute complex, cross-border work at speed. Our revenue growth is driven by winning a greater share of these complex multi-jurisdictional mandates.”

He added: “We’ve invested heavily in areas such as Regulatory and Investigations and Restructuring because clients tell us they expect an increasingly complex operating environment, with issues spanning jurisdictions, regulators and business functions. Our investments in these areas are now delivering strong growth.”

Dentons’ Dublin office recorded 27 per cent revenue growth during FY2025/26, maintaining an average annual growth rate of 22 per cent over the past three years.

Growth was driven by strong performances across corporate and disputes, alongside an increase in partner numbers including recent lateral investment in the technology, media and telecommunications and real estate practices.

Mr Jarvis said: “In Dublin, we’ve built an elite practice. Achieving Band 1 legal directory status for our corporate practice within five years of launching is exceptional. Dentons is the firm that Ireland’s ambitious, internationally minded lawyers want to join.”
