Cormac Gilroy joins EY Law Ireland

EY Law Ireland has appointed Cormac Gilroy to lead its newly established banking and finance practice.

Mr Gilroy brings extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

He has worked across both private practice and in-house legal roles, with particular expertise in the real estate and development sectors. He brings over 10 years’ experience and will be based in EY’s Cork office. 

Alan Murphy, partner and head of law at EY Law Ireland, said: “We are delighted to welcome Cormac to EY Law Ireland.
