Clyde & Co appoints Sinéad Lynch as head of corporate & regulatory insurance for Ireland

Clyde & Co has appointed Sinéad Lynch, a partner in its Dublin office, as head of corporate & regulatory insurance for Ireland.
Ms Lynch joins from A&L Goodbody, where she was a partner in the firm’s corporate practice specialising in insurance and reinsurance. Dual qualified in Ireland and England & Wales, she advises insurers, reinsurers, intermediaries, other financial services clients, investors and other stakeholders on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, advisory, transactional and crisis management matters.
Ms Lynch is also an ESG and sustainability expert and has expertise in contentious regulatory work (including white collar crime). Ms Lynch is recognised as a Leading Partner by Legal 500, is ranked by Chambers and has been named a global IFLR1000 Women Leader each year from 2022 to 2025.
