NI: Carson McDowell advises RiverRidge on £10m investment
Belfast firm Carson McDowell advised the RiverRidge Group on a £10 million investment by its Business Growth Fund, the largest investment to date by BGF in Northern Ireland.
The firm’s team was led by Gerard Armstrong, a partner in the firm’s corporate department.
He was assisted by Stuart Anderson (corporate), Naomi Gaston (banking), Mary-Kim Doherty (property), Sarah Cochrane (employment) and Grant McBurney (waste and environmental).
Speaking about the investment, Mr Armstrong said: “The investment by BGF is a recognition of the hard work put in by Brett and the RiverRidge team over the years and it marks another important and exciting new chapter in the growth and development of RiverRidge.
“Carson McDowell has been delighted to assist RiverRidge throughout all stages of its journey and looks forward to working with RiverRidge as that journey continues.”
