ByrneWallace LLP has welcomed Donal O’Donovan to the firm’s banking and finance team as a new partner.

Mr O’Donovan has over 16 years’ experience advising domestic and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders and borrowers (corporates and funds) on transactions including secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, property finance, bilateral loans, syndicated loans and debt restructuring.

He also has particular expertise in fund finance including lending into QIAIF and other fund structures, particularly in the context of capital call and NAV facilities.
