Byrne Wallace Shields hires Eoin Mac Aodha as litigation and regulation partner

Byrne Wallace Shields LLP has recruited Eoin Mac Aodha to the firm’s litigation and regulation practice as a partner.

Mr Mac Aodha specialises in regulatory, public administrative and commercial litigation and has extensive experience in public administrative law, European law and statutory interpretation.

He advises government bodies on their regulatory responsibilities and the conduct of investigations, and litigation. He acts across all regulatory environments including the financial, energy and telecoms sectors.

An accomplished and experienced litigator, he has acted in a number of significant disputes before the Commercial Court and for public bodies and regulators in the Supreme Court and European Court of Justice.
