Joining from a large Irish law firm, Mr Walsh brings 10 years’ experience advising domestic and multinational corporate clients across a broad range of tax matters, including income tax, corporation tax, R&D tax credits and cross-border transactional planning.

His experience complements Bird & Bird’s existing offering across corporate and M&A, intellectual property, employment, data protection and tech & comms, enhancing the Dublin team’s ability to support clients on increasingly interconnected tax, regulatory and commercial challenges.

Mr Walsh’s appointment strengthens the Irish practice by adding dedicated tax capability, enabling it to provide clients with comprehensive support across domestic and cross-border matters.
