Barbara Carroll leaves Law Society of Ireland for Dublin Bus

Barbara Carroll
The Law Society of Ireland’s HR director, Barbara Carroll, has left to take up a new role as chief people officer at Dublin Bus.
Ms Carroll, who has served on the Law Society’s executive leadership team since 2018, took up the new post on 28 April.
She brings more than 20 years’ experience across the professional services, technology and hospitality sectors.
With extensive expertise in workforce strategy, industrial relations and organisational transformation, Ms Carroll has worked across complex, unionised and regulated environments.
She has a strong track record of delivering people strategy, strengthening organisational capability and building high-performing organisations.
In a statement, Dublin Bus said: “We’re very much looking forward to welcoming Barbara to Dublin Bus and to the leadership she will bring as we continue to support our people and grow our organisation.”
