Police have arrested a man who seemed to dip his testicles into another man’s salsa in a video published online.
The video was allegedly recorded by a delivery driver who was delivering food from a local Mexican restaurant to a customer in the US state of Tennessee.
It appeared online with the caption: “This is what you get when you give an 89 cents tip for an almost 30-minute drive.”
The passenger in the car, Howard Matthew Webb, 31, was allegedly responsible and has been charged with adulteration of food, AP News reports.
